A call record can be asked in only these cases :
- A client who would like to have these informations for immigration purpose.
- A client who receive threats from an unidentified number.
You must have a paper from the embassy with the specific details you need. With this paper, you must go to a courthouse for the legal process. The courthouse will give you a sealed document confirming the details that the embassy needs. You will need to bring the document at Digicel Headquarter located at 151, avenue Jean-Paul II and impasse Duverger, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. You will be given an appointment one week after receiving the document to collect the call record asked.
Note : Calls made from social applications such as WhatsApp, Imo, Facebook ect... are not concerned.
Threats from an unidentified number
You have to file a complaint to a police station, or to the "Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (D.C.P.J.)". Police Department will make a follow up with us.
