DigiAdvance is service that allows customers who want to make calls, sens SMS or browse when they are running out of credit or data.
Note: Based on eligibility, you will qualify for varied loan amounts. Therefore you may not be able to qualify for all available loan amounts.
How can I check my DigiAdvance balance?
- A loan allocated on a promotional account will be able to check by dialing *120*25#send if it's a credit or by dialing *120*60#send if it's data.
- A loan allocated on the main account will be able to check by dialing *120#send.
- To know the outstanding balance, you must dial *111#send the choose "2" for the DigiAdvance made on the main account and *111#send the choose "5" for the promotional account and the megabytes (MB) borrowed.
However, the outstanding balance will be recalled after each confirmation message following a partial repayments.
Am I required to have a minimum amount of credit on my account to access a DigiAdvance?
No. You will be qualified for a DigiAdvance regardless of the amount of credit is available on your main balance.
Am I able to request a DigiAdvance while roaming?
- No. Unfortunately you will not be able to use the DigiAdvance service while roaming. This service can only be used locally.
- However, if you top up while roaming and they are in debt, the loan amount will be deducted from the top up amount.
How many times can I request a DigiAdvance?
- Multiple loan requests are not allowed for loans allocated on main, promotional accounts or in connection with Quick Pick Bundles. To initiate a new loan, you must repay the entire loan. In case of trial, you will receive in return a message inviting you to repay your debt.
What is the expiry date of my loan?
- The expiration date of the loan allocated to the main account will be the same as the airtime date of the last top up.
- For a loan allocated on the promotional account or in connection with Quick Pick Bundles, the validity date varies between 1 to 3 days depending on the amount of credit and the amount of megabytes (MB) received.
What happens if I repay my loan before exhausting the credit received from my DigiAdvance requested?
Credit received from DigiAdvance will be available until it’s used or expired.
If I have a calling plan available in addition to my DIGILOAN balance what is the priority for charging?
- The priority for charging is the DigiAdvance, unless you have a triple / double Diaspora bonus or a bonus for a top-up made via my cash.
How to apply for a loan?
To apply for a loan, you dial the *633#send or *967#send and follow the process:

Step 1. Dial *633#send, choose “1”.
Step 2. The choose “1” , and press “ envoyer”.
Step 3. To finish press “OK”.
When you received the SMS, you can dial *120*25#send to check your balance.
Are there any restrictions for the use of the credit received from a DigiAdvance request?
If your loan is allocated on :
- Promotional account
- Credit is available only to make calls/SMS Digi-Digi.
- Megabytes are available for all usage except to make VOIP( voice over internet protocol).
- Main account, there is no restriction.
Below, the conditions of eligibility for this service:
DigiKredi on the promotional account
- Have a minimum of 30 days on the network;
- Have no outstanding loans;
- Have carried out at least one refill in the last 30 days.
DigiKredi on the main account
- Have a minimum of 30 days on the network;
- Have no outstanding loans;
- Have already carried out at least two (2) refills totaling an amount greater than 50 gourdes in the last 30 days;
- Have recharged at least once in the past week.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the customer will not be eligible to use the service.
- How do I repay my DigiAdvance?
You will be able to repay your DigiAdvance, on your next top up or Credit U transfer received. After each deduction you will receive a confirmation SMS.
- Why can’t the balance on my main account be used to repay my DigiAdvance?
Only recharge amounts (after the loan has been requested) can be used towards loan repayments. Credit already on your main account cannot be removed to repay your loan balance.
- How long do I have to repay my DigiAdvance?
For any loan received but not repaid before 60 days, the number concerned will be blacklisted, excluding you from using the DigiKredi service permanently.
- What happens if my next top-up or Credit U transfer received is not sufficient to cover my outstanding loan?
The repayment of a loan allocated on a promotional account or in connection with Quick Pick Bundles may result in the full withdrawal of your recharge or Credi U transfer received if it is less than of the debt.
On the other hand:
- Full repayment of a loan from the main account is made when the refund amount or Credit U Transfer is greater than or equal to 110%of the debt.
- For any recharge or Credit U transfer received whose amount is less than 110% of the debt, it will be a partial refund of 80% of this amount.
- How do I repay the service fee for my DigiAdvance?
Service fees and loan amount will be deducted from recharges or Credit U transfers.
- If I make a partial payment on my outstanding DigiAdvance will I be able to make another loan request?
To initiate a new loan, you must repay the entire loan. In case of trial, you will receive in return a message inviting you to repay your debt.
How long will the DigiAdvance service be offered?
DigiAdvance is an ongoing product. Digicel reserves the right at any time, with or without notice, to vary the terms and conditions or to terminate the service.
