It's simple and easy to activate a plan for someone using the MyDigicel App!
Step 1. Click "Connect with your Digicel ID" to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select the 'Menu' button (
) in the top left corner and click on "Additional Services" then "Plan Gifting".
Step 3. Enter the number of the recipient at the top of the page. Click on "Available Plans". Select the plan and send to your chosen contact.
Step 4. Once you have selected a plan, you will receive a prompt to verify the purchase of that plan.
Step 5. The person will receive the plan, and the cost of the plan will be removed from your account.
