Mon Cash is a money management service that allows registered customers to make financial transactions from their mobile phones. Digicel Haiti offers this service in partnership with Sogebank.
This is the fastest and most convenient way to top up your account or those of your loved ones, to send and receive money, to make bill payments, to buy plans.
This is an account that contains your money, once you have registered for the service. Your mobile wallet is protected by a personal PIN code, so you will be the only one able to access to your account to make transactions.
Your Mon Cash account is linked to your phone number (SIM card); so, if you use the same sim card on another handset, your account will still be available on your new handset.
If you lose your handset or SIM card, immediately call Digicel customer service, by dialing 202 and Digicel will block your account, and your funds will be secure. Once the SIM card is replaced, your Mon Cash account can be reachable with the same amount that it had before it was blocked.
