Can I change my favorite number?
- Once the preferred 6HTG number option has been purchased, you can not change the number until the end of validity. However, by reactivating an EXTRA plan at the price of 6HTG; always with the code * 223 # snd, the customer can change the preferred number. Note that you should have an active base plan on your account in order to have the ability to activate the preferred number.
