The Sim JenS customers will have access to the service and MaLife offers automatically , however the other prepaid customers have to migrate to the offer by dialing *223# ou *111# and type 1 and after confirm the transfer to Ma Life.
To choose one of the available Malife plans (Ma life 9/ Ma life 20 / Ma life 400) and enjoy all the benefits the service offers, the customer subscribed to the « Ma Life » plan can use : MyDigicel app or the *223# code.
NB: The customer can buy those plans at any moment and many times a day.
The My Digicel App
Step 1. Click on connect with your Digicel ID'.
Step 2. Once connected to the App, select the ‘Menu' (
) on the top left. In the Menu list select the « My Plans ».
Step 3. Select the “Ma Life Plans” button.
Step 4. In the pop op Menu list, select the plan that fits you the best.
Step 5. Confirm the activation by choosing « Activate », wait for the confirmation message, then restart your device.
Dial *223#
Step 1. Dial the code *223# SEND, in the numbered menu, the plan that fits you best with one of the numbers
Step 2. Confirm the plan activation by choosing « 1 », then wait for the confirmation message and restart your device.
