The Postpaid Self-Care Portal is a free of charge web interface accessible via a link to all Postpaid and Hybrid customers. It offers you the ability to manage their account via certain features. These features include viewing and billing, activation of certain services, document filing and ticket creation to name just a few.
To access the platform the customer will have to register first.
The View and Pay My Bills tab allows customers to view invoices in the first case and pay bills in the second case.
For the payment of the bills, two (2) possibilities are offered to the customers. That of paying bills via Mon Cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). It should be noted that the customer will be able to pay 80 to 100% of his bill
Note to be able to pay his bill, it is mandatory that the customer register with his BAN
(first client authentication element, always starting with 369000/3610000...)
The Document tab allows customers to deposit documents for customer service in various types of formats: word, excel pdf, powerpoint jpeg, etc. The maximum size of documents must not exceed 5 MB.
The Client Information tab first allows the client either to activate a plan, his voicemail or to disable his mail. In this case, it will be billed on its credit limit or main account if it is hybrid.
Usage will give customers the ability to monitor their usage of either minutes, text or data.
Balances allows customers to check their dedicated accounts.
Association Link Management and Association Request allow customers to give permission or ask other users to access information about their account through the Customer Portal.
The customer will have to select a category, explain his request in a few words 200 characters maximum, and select the number in question if the account has several numbers and click on create.
The Report a difficulty tab allows the customer to let us know his request directly on the portal.
Pay your bills via the Customer Portal with Mon Cash
- Go to https://postpaidselfcare.digicelbusiness.com.
- Select "Invoice" and then "Pay my bill".
- Select the payment method "Mon Cash".
- Click on the "Pay Now" button.
- Select "Next" to enter your PIN.
- Click on the "Pay" button to complete the process.
Pay your bills via the Customer Portal with your credit card
- Go to https://postpaidselfcare.digicelbusiness.com.
- Select "Invoice" and then "Pay my bill".
- Select the payment method "Credit Card".
- Click on the "Pay Now" button.
- Select "Next" to enter your credit card information.
- Click on the "Pay Online" button to complete the process.
