You may be experiencing issues making calls if your SIM is not valid. We remind you that this difficulty only prevents you from making calls to Digicel numbers and using the Fè yo pale service. In the meantime, you can make and receive calls from the other local operator, make and receive international calls, send and receive text messages, and use our internet service.
For quick assistance with validating your SIM, please call Customer Service (111) with the number you are concerned about.
The following information will be required:
Your full name
Your ID (NIF, CIN or Passport)
The model of your phone
Your place of residence
Note: Please avoid removing the SIM card from the device. Only call once to request as multiple requests for the same number will delay the validation process.
Once the process is completed, you will receive an SMS informing you that your sim is now valid and can be used.
