Digicel has launched new offers called "Cool". These packages give you data (MB), minutes to make Digicel calls and allow you to make unlimited calls until midnight to a Digicel preferred number. There are six (6) Cool plans (Cool 18/ Cool 22.50/ Cool 27/ Cool 30/ Cool 35/ Cool 50). Only one gives you access to add an unlimited preferred number : Cool 18, and two of them can only be activated on MyDigicel app : Cool 30, Cool 35.
All prepaid customers are eligible (including My Life subscribers).
- To activate this preferred number, dial *109#send after activating the cool 18 plan and follow the instructions.
To activate the preferred number, see below:
Step 1. Dial *109#send. A menu will appear, asking you to enter the number "1", to store the preferred number.
Step 2. A second menu will display. Add the desired preferred number preceded of 509 ***. Note that this preferred number must be a Digicel number.
Step 3. After inserting the preferred number, you must respond with the number "1" and press send to confirm the activation:
Step 4. The message below will be received to finalize the addition of the preferred number:

Important : If you want to change your preferred number, you must purchase another Cool 18 plan.
