Mon Cash is a banking service that allows registered customers to carry out financial transactions from their mobile phones. Digicel Haiti offers this service in partnership with Sogebank.

There are different ways to make transactions with the Mon Cash service: deposits, withdrawals, recharges, money transfer, payments (bill, merchandises), Balance payrolls, Change secret code, Last transactions...
Below you will find the steps to follow for different transactions:
Firstly, to make a deposit or withdrawal, you just have to go to an office Mon Cash, giving the number of Digicel who has the Mon Cash account, the amount you want to deposit with your identity document.
Language of Mon Cash menu
To change the language of the Mon Cash menu, the customer must dial from his phone:
- Dial *202#send
- Select “5” for My Account
- Select “5” for Language then choose a language
- Creole
- French
- English
- Enter your secret code
Change your secret code (USSD)
To change the secret code, the customer can dial on his phone:
*202*42*old PIN*New PIN*confirm New PIN# SND
- Change your secret code (Menu)
To change the secret code, the customer must dial from his phone: *202*42*old PIN*new pin*new pin# send
- Dial*202# snd
- Select “5” for My Account
- Select “2” to change the secret code
- Enter the current secret code
- Enter the new secret code
- Confirm the new secret code
The confirmation message: Your PIN has been changed.
The PIN code is the key to your account, do not share your secret code, nor write your secret code somewhere. protect it
Latest transactions
To check the balance, the customer must dial from his phone: *202*43*PIN code # SND or from the menu:
- Dial *202# send
- Select “5” for My Account
- Select “3” for Last transaction
- Enter the secret code to confirm

To check the balance, the customer can dial from his phone: *202*41*PIN code#SND or from the menu on his phone

- Select “5” for Parameter
- Select “1” for Balance

To recharge your personal account, you have to:
- Dial *202#snd
- Select “2” Recharge
- Enter 1 for “My number”
- Enter the amount
- Enter your secret code
- Re-enter your secret code to confirm
To recharge another account, dial:

- Select “2” Recharge
- Enter 2 for “Other number”
- Enter the phone number
- Enter the amount
- Enter the secret code
- Re-enter your secret code to confirm
Recharge (USSD)
To recharge your personal account, you have to dial:

To recharge another account, dial:

Transfert
To transfer money with Mon Cash, you must :
- Dial *202#send
- Select “1” to transfer
- Enter the phone number
- Enter the amount
