Even if your SIM card is active, you may not be able to receive calls, and there are many reasons for this. Below are some key questions and answers to help you understand where exactly the difficulty is coming from and what to do to resolve it.
Case 1: You cannot receive calls from a specific number
If you are having difficulty with a specific number, we invite you to check if that number is not registered on your phone's blacklist or call rejection list. If you are unable to check this yourself, we recommend that you visit your nearest Digicel store so that an advisor can assist you.
Case 2: You cannot receive calls from several or all numbers
If you cannot receive calls from several numbers, it is necessary to insert the SIM card on another phone to check if the problem comes from the SIM or your handset.
- If you receive calls normally when using the SIM card on another handset, the problem is with your phone and not the SIM. We therefore advise you to visit a repair center with your phone.
