Any customer with a prepaid number has to recharge his account regularly, perform transactions such as making calls, sending SMS etc. in order to keep the number active on the system. If a customer uses a number and does not follow these procedures, after a certain period (more than 120 days), he/she risks losing the number. In fact, it may be recycled and then put back on sale in the stores.
